In the Methodology


Aikido is the art used as basis of the AIKIORG Program. Aikido is a mind and body philosophical practice based on the principles of co-operation, harmony, synergy, non-resistence, balance and respect. Aikido differentiates from practices such as Yoga and Tai Chi Chuan because it includes aspects such as interpersonal relationships and conflict resolution.


In the Model


It is a program formatted in two flexible models: intensive and extensive. Both models can adapt to the needs of each organization and can be applied separately or together.


In the Indicators


In the middle and at the end of the program, each participant is asked to fill a questionnaire in which he or she will avaliate the changes and the transformations during the program. The results of this questionnaire will give the organization solid indicators about the impact of the program in the participants.


In the Facilitator


The facilitator of the AIKIORG Program has extensive multidisciplinary experience in the field of human development. He is also a researcher in the field of human relationships, meditation and change process. Besides being in constant development, he keeps an internal posture of acceptance, inclusion and integration of the new.
